isolved - Add an Authorized User

Background

To connect your isolved account, you'll need to create a Client User. Please note this process may take a couple of weeks to complete depending on your isolved representative's processing time.

Instructions

  1. Complete the Client User Authorization form using the form provided in Finch Connect

  2. Download the form as a PDF

  3. Once the form is completed, please email your isolved representative to let them know you would like to add a Client User and attach the completed and signed form

    1. Please cc the email provided in Finch Connect when reaching out to your isolved representative

Client User Authorization Form - Required Fields

  • Client Request Section

    • Client Name: Your Company Name

    • Client Number: Your Company Number in isolved

    • Name: Your Name

    • Title: Your Title

  • New Contact Information Section

    • Please use the information displayed in Finch Connect

  • Role Section

    • Please select the role(s) displayed in Finch Connect

  • User Rights Section

    • Full Access/All Information
