SFTP Allowlisting

For Relius to retrieve files from Finch, Relius needs to ensure Finch SFTP IP addresses have been allow-listed. In certain instances, you may receive the below error:

If you receive this error and you are using Relius ASP, please create an Incident for FIS Relius Technology team to allow-list the SFTP site.
