Employee Eligibility Dates - Process for PensionPro Files

Finch's PensionPro file submission can include fields for the employee's pre-entry and post-entry compensation.
 
For us to generate this data, we need to know the employee's plan eligibility date, if different from their hire date. The process would be:
  1. Email a list of the company name and company ids from the Finch Dashboard to developers@tryfinch.com.
  2. We will send via secure email, a csv file with a list of all employees for that plan sponsor. This csv file will have a column to add eligible date.
  3. Add in eligible dates only for those employees that that do not have a January 1 eligible date. Use the format YYYY-MM-DD.
  4. Return the file via secure send.
  5. We will upload the file to our system and generate a new file and push it to PensionPro.
