To connect your ADP Comprehensive Services account to this application you must set up a new Admin. The steps are below.
Before you start
ADP Comprehensive Services provides administrative relief, expert services and support, and all-in-one technology with the ADP Workforce Now platform for your HR, talent, benefits, and payroll tasks.
Even if you are an Admin user in ADP Workforce Now, you may not have the ability to add external administrators directly through the platform when using ADP Comprehensive Services. Instead, you will need to follow the instructions below and submit a request to your ADP Comprehensive representative to add your application as an external administrator to your ADP Workforce Now system.
Instructions
1. Please have a senior executive fill out all required fields on this form.
- Important: Please use the Email Address provided in Finch Connect for this form under the New User section on the bottom half of Page 1.
2. After the form has been filled in and signed by a senior executive, please ensure they click Finish. The application requesting access will fill in the rest of the fields on the form on your behalf.
3. After the form has been completed by both parties, forward the completed form to your ADP representative and CC the email displayed in Finch Connect.
4. Check the “I’ve read and completed the instructions” checkbox in Finch Connect and click Complete.
