How to Verify Your ADP Run Account is Compatible

Overview

We need to confirm that your ADP payroll system is the specific version of ADP Run that our integration supports. Some ADP products look similar but use different systems that we cannot connect to.

How to Check if You Have Compatible ADP Run

You have a compatible version of ADP Run if:

  1. You log in through one of these web addresses:

    • https://www.runlogin.adp.com/

    • https://runpayroll.adp.com/ (this redirects to https://online.adp.com/signin/...)

  2. Your login screen shows "Run Powered by ADP"

  3. After logging in, your web address shows: https://runpayrollmain2.adp.com/

These are indicators that your ADP account is a compatible version.

ADP Products We Cannot Support

The following ADP products look similar to ADP Run but cannot be integrated:

Run for Partners

  • Uses a different authentication system

  • Cannot connect to our platform

Accountant Connect

  • The web address includes accountantConnect

  • Designed for accountants to access client data

  • Uses a separate login system

Supported Product Variation

Payroll Plus

This multi-entity version of ADP Run is supported and uses the same login as standard ADP Run.

What to Do if Authentication Fails

If you're having trouble connecting your ADP account:

  1. First, verify you're logging in through one of the supported URLs listed above

  2. Check that your username and password are correct

  3. If you use a different login URL, you likely have an ADP product we cannot support
