To connect your UKG Ready account to this application you must set up a new admin user. Please follow the instructions below.
Before you start
Before you begin, make sure you are using the UKG Ready product with the benefits scope. For UKG Pro users, see the instructions HERE.
Instructions
1. Open a case with UKG Support.
2. Please submit your case to the Security team, and request that they add a new contractor with the details below. Please use the <First Name> and <Email Address> provided in Finch Connect.
- Please add <First Name> as a contractor
- First name: <First Name>
- Last name: Admin
- Email address: <Email Address>
3. Request the user be granted access to the following:
- Payroll
- Benefits Admin
- Deduction Code Setup
