Before you start

To connect your Paycom account to this application, you must first have access to Paycom's API.

If your company has already purchased access to Paycom’s API, reach out to your Paycom representative and request the following before proceeding with integration setup:

• Paycom API SID
• Paycom API token

If your team has not purchased access to Paycom’s API, please contact your Paycom representative and request a call to discuss pricing. Once an MSA has been signed, request the API SID and token to proceed with setup.

Note: If you are asked to allowlist IP addresses, please use 172.84.191.100.

Instructions

Once you have acquired the Paycom API SID and API token, follow the instructions below.

1. Navigate to Finch Connect

2. Select Paycom as your provider.

3. At the bottom of the Finch Connect modal, select 'Enter an API token instead'.

4. Enter the Paycom API SID and API Token that you received from your Paycom representative.

5. Check 'I've read and completed the instructions' and click Connect.
