FAQs

Q: I want to remove my application name entirely from the employer experience in Finch Connect. How can I do this?

A: Toggle the branding setting off. This will remove both your application name and logo from the employer-facing experience.

Q: My application name currently appears as “AcmeCo LLC” in Finch Connect, but I want it to show as “Acme.” How can I update it?

A: When branding is toggled on, you’ll see an option to update your application name. You can enter a custom name of up to 50 characters.

Q: I have multiple production application IDs with Finch. If I update the application name, will it apply to all of them?

A: Yes. The branding setting is applied at the organization level, meaning the name you set will appear across all of your applications — including production(s), sandbox, and development.

Q: Can I display a different application name to different groups of employers connecting through Finch?

A: No. The application name set in the branding settings will be shown to all employers. If you have a specific use case that requires showing different names to different employers, please contact our support team to discuss potential solutions.
