Whirks - Add an administrator

To connect your Whirks account to this application you must set up a new admin user. Please follow the instructions below.

 

Instructions

1. Navigate to Admin > User Security > System Tools to get to the Users screen

2. Click on the add icon to create a new user

3. Under Role, use the dropdown menu to select Admin 

4. Enter the following information: 

  • Email address: Refer to the Finch Connect screen
  • Username: Input the name of the application you are connecting to
  • Enter a temporary password of your choice
    • Select Require Password Change and Force User to Change Password at Next Login

5. Click Create
