To connect your PrismHR account to this application you must set up a new admin user. For providers powered by PrismHR, please confirm the process of adding an external admin with your HRIS representative prior to starting. Please follow the instructions below.
Instructions
1. Please email your HRIS or payroll account representative to let them know you would like to add an External User with admin rights.
2. Use the following details:
New Contact Information
- First Name: Enter the name provided in Finch Connect
- Last Name: Support
- Email: Enter the email provided in Finch Connect
- Phone Number: 9177173974
- Employee of the Company: No
- Access Level: Human Resources, or Full Admin if you are granting permission to view Payroll data as well
- Contact Type: HR
Reports Access
Ensure that your HRIS or payroll account representative grants the External User access to the following reports in the system.
For Organizational Data Only (Employee Demographic and Employment Information e.g. Name, Address, Phone Number, DOB, Salary, Employment Status):
- Employee Master Report
- Employee Department Report
- Location Codes Report
- Data Retriever
- Employee Organizational Structure Report
- Employee Pay Rate Report
For Organizational and Pay Data (In addition to the above, Pay Statement Information e.g. Gross Pay, Deductions, Earnings, and Tax Amounts):
- Employee Master Report
- Employee Department Report
- Location Codes Report
- Data Retriever
- Employee Organizational Structure Report
- Employee Pay Rate Report
- Payroll Register Report
3. Contact your HRIS or payroll account representative to share that you have submitted this request.
