Finch allows you to create Connect URLs in bulk that you can then programmatically send to many employers at once. You can upload a csv of your customers and unique IDs and export URLs associated to each.
Step 1: Navigate to the Connect creation modal
Go to the Connections tab and click Create a New Connect Link in the Actions dropdown.
A modal will open where you can create a single or multiple Connect URLs. Click the Bulk Links tab.
Step 2: Upload a list of employers and select products
Upload a csv file with the following columns:
- Customer Name (required)
- Customer ID (required, unique)
- Customer Email (optional)

Please keep in mind the following:
- There can be a maximum of 500 employers in one file
- There cannot be duplicate Customer IDs within the file
For any files being sent to PensionPro makes sure all of the following products are selected:
- Company
- Directory
- Individual
- Employment
- Payment
- Pay Statement
- SSN
Step 3: Export generated Connect URLs
Once Finch generates all the associated URLs, a csv will be available to download with the following columns:
- Customer Name
- Customer ID
- Finch Connect URL
Once downloaded, you can close the modal. Please note that if you close the modal without downloading the file, the process will need to be repeated.
