- Look for an email from Finch and use the Calendly link in that message to schedule your Kickoff Call.
- If you haven't already, Sign Up for the Finch Dashboard. Only one person on your team should sign up. They can then invite other members of the team using the settings.
- If you use PensionPro, have your PensionPro tenant id ready. We will use that during out Kickoff Call to configure your Finch Dashboard for PensionPro.
- Identify five customers that could be your first group to connect with Finch. Please bring the company names and contact emails for each company to the kickoff call. If you have an internal company id that you use, also bring that.
- Optional but encouraged - draft a plan for pricing and customer communication. We will discuss in the Kickoff call so bringing questions is great.
