After you make the decision to use Finch, we will support you through the following milestones. This guide identifies the key tasks that you need to complete to meet milestones.

Next Action Items:

  1. Look for an email from Finch and use the Calendly link in that message to schedule your Kickoff Call.
  2. If you haven't already, Sign Up for the Finch Dashboard. Only one person on your team should sign up. They can then invite other members of the team using the settings.
  3. If you use PensionPro, have your PensionPro tenant id ready. We will use that during out Kickoff Call to configure your Finch Dashboard for PensionPro.
  4. Identify five customers that could be your first group to connect with Finch. Please bring the company names and contact emails for each company to the kickoff call. If you have an internal company id that you use, also bring that.
  5. Optional but encouraged - draft a plan for pricing and customer communication. We will discuss in the Kickoff call so bringing questions is great.

Actions Completed During the Kickoff Call

  1. Your team has logged into the Dashboard and invited any team members that will be working with Finch.
  2. Your team has walked through the process to create a Finch Connect link with the Finch team and asked questions about the process.
  3. Your team has asked questions about customer communications.

  4. Aligned on shared goals with the Finch Team:

    • Align on the total addressable sponsor count: # of TPA sponsors, by Payroll Provider
    • Connect at least 5 sponsors within two weeks of kick-off call
    • Connect 75% of client-base by end of January.

Next Action Items:

  1. Finalize your contract, pricing, and billing plans for your plan sponsors. You can use Customer Positioning(Value, Pricing, Billing) for guidance.
  2. Finalize your outreach communications plans including email templates, collateral (website, blog posts, pdfs, ect). You can use Email Templates and Outreach Best Practices for guidance.
  3. Complete internal training with all team members that will work with your customers using Finch.
  4. Connect 5 customers. Send the links we generated during the kickoff call and use email templates you created.
