Before you start
To connect your Proliant account to this application you'll need to create a new admin user. For some systems, this requires reaching out to your HRIS or payroll account representative. See the instructions below.
Please note this process may take up to 4 weeks depending on the process required to add an administrator and/or your representative's processing time.
Instructions
1. Please email your HRIS or payroll account representative to let them know you would like to add an External User with admin rights.
- Share the name and email provided in Finch Connect as the information for this user.
- Please CC the email provided in Finch Connect.
2. Once Proliant confirms the administrator has been added, navigate back to the Finch Connect modal and select Proliant as the provider.
3. Check 'I've read and completed the instructions' and click Connect.
