To connect your ADP Run account to this application you must set up a new admin user. Please follow the instructions below.
Instructions
1. From the left menu panel, navigate to Team > Employee Information
2. Click Hire
3. Under Personal Information, enter the following details
- Birth Date: 02/23/1985
- Primary National ID: Social Security Number, 596-44-2814
- Username: Input the name of the application you are connecting to
- First Name: Input the name of the application you are connecting to
- Last Name: Support
- Primary Email: Refer to the Finch Connect screen
4. Click Continue
5. Skip the Base Compensation tab and click Continue
6. Click Add Employee and follow the prompts to finalize the process
7. Go back to Employee Information.
8. Locate the user you just created and click the Employee Information icon
9. Under Profiles, go to Security and select Administrator Enhanced
10. Click Save
