Insperity - Required Permissions

Before you start

To connect your Insperity account to this application through your Insperity credentials, you must be assigned a specific set of permissions. Please follow the instructions below to confirm your permissions.

Alternatively, you can also connect your Insperity account by generating an API token and by following the instructions HERE.

 

Instructions

1. Log into Insperity

2. Select your username in the top right corner of the dashboard

3. Select User Access

4. Ensure you have the following permissions enabled at a minimum: 

  • Payroll Review
  • Employee Administrator - View Only 
  • Salary Access - View Only
  • SSN Access (if SSNs are needed) 
  • Manage Companies - View Only
  • Report Access
  • User Access Administrator
