What is the Finch Help Center?
The Finch Help Center is an an online resource designed to empower all Finch users –- whether you're a developer, an operations or support team member, or an end-user (employer).
Anyone can access our Help Center to find:
- Announcements: Stay up-to-date on the latest Finch news and developments.
- Authentication Guides: Find step-by-step instructions to request API keys or create an admin account for our supported providers. These are used in the Finch Connect process.
- FAQs: Find answers to frequently asked questions about Finch — whether you’re a Finch customer (developer) or an end-user (employer).
If you're a Finch customer, you can sign in or create an account for even more resources, such as:
- How Finch Works: Learn about Finch's features and products (more coming soon).
- Best Practices: Discover best practices for getting the most out of Finch (more coming soon).
- Errors & Troubleshooting: Get help with common errors and suggestions for troubleshooting.
- Admin & Billing: Get clear guidance on managing your Finch account administration and billing needs.
How to create a Help Center account
We encourage all Finch customers to make an account in our Help Center to unlock all available content. You can create your account here.

FAQs
Can my customers (employers) see all of this content?
Some articles in the Help Center will be publicly available and shareable with your customers (employers). Others are only available to Finch customers. For example, our Authentication Guides are public and often shared through Finch Connect. But, Admin & Billing articles for Finch will only be visible to signed in users.
What about the Employer Resources?
The authentication guides in our API Docs (Employer Resources) are now all available in the Help Center. We will be redirecting all Finch Connect URLs to these new guides on May 21, 2024. Existing guides will still be available for your reference until May 21st, 2024, after which this content will be available only in the Help Center.
