  • Where can I find a connection's status?

    • From the Finch Dashboard

  • What happens if a connection isn't syncing data?

    • Check the Finch Dashboard for the connection status and last sync date

      • last sync will show on the main table alongside the connection status

        • within each connection, you can see the last sync and next scheduled sync

      • if listed as error or reauth, the customer will need to either update our access or go through Finch Connect again to fix the data sync

      • if listed as connected, send a message to Finch support

  • What will connecting through Finch look like for a customer based on their specific payroll?

    • You can test this from the 'Preview in Connect' option on the Integrations tab of your Finch Dashboard or by making a demo connect link and trying yourself

    • We have individual authentication guides in our help center for providers who require more specific set up

  • How do I get help?

    • send a message in our joint Slack channel (if we have one)

      • either tag @FinchSupport or use the ticket emoji on your message

    • email developers@tryfinch.com

    • submit a ticket through the customer portal

    • reach out to your Implementation Engineer, Account Manager, or Developer Success Engineer
