PrismHR - Add an Administrator

To connect your PrismHR account to this application you must set up a new admin user. Please follow the instructions below.

Instructions

  1. Email your HRIS/payroll account representative to let them know that you would like to add an External User with Admin rights

    1. Please CC the email address provided in Finch Connect in this email

  2. Use the following details in the email:

    1. New Contact Information

      1. First name: Enter the name provided in Finch Connect

      2. Last Name: Support

      3. Email: Enter the email provided in Finch Connect

      4. Phone Number: 917-717-3974

      5. Employee of the Company: No

      6. Access Level:

        1. If you require Organization data only (Employee Demographic and Employment Information): Human Resources

        2. If you require Organization & Payroll Data: Full Admin

      7. Contact Type: HR

    2. Reports Access: Ensure that your HRIS/payroll account representative grants the External User access to the following reports in the system:

      1. If you require Organization data only (Employee Demographic and Employment Information):

        1. Employee Master Report

        2. Employee Department Report

        3. Location Codes Report

        4. Data Retriever

        5. Employee Organizational Structure Report

        6. Employee Pay Rate Report

      2. If you require Organization & Payroll Data (e.g.: Gross Pay, Deductions, Earnings, and Tax Amounts):

        1. Employee Master Report

        2. Employee Department Report

        3. Location Codes Report

        4. Data Retriever

        5. Employee Organizational Structure Report

        6. Employee Pay Rate Report

        7. Payroll Register Report
