To connect your PrismHR account to this application you must set up a new admin user. Please follow the instructions below.
Instructions
Email your HRIS/payroll account representative to let them know that you would like to add an External User with Admin rights
Please CC the email address provided in Finch Connect in this email
Use the following details in the email:

If you require Organization data only (Employee Demographic and Employment Information): Human Resources
If you require Organization & Payroll Data: Full Admin

Reports Access: Ensure that your HRIS/payroll account representative grants the External User access to the following reports in the system:
